SEASONS GREETINGS FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE TEAM

Here to help

Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne is a charity providing free, confidential and independent advice to people living within the Runnymede and Spelthorne area. We change lives by giving people the advice and information they need to find a way forward.

We’re a charity working for everyone – whoever you are, whatever your problem – people come to us with all sorts of issues.

Our trained Advisers offer support by phone or in-person via our Community Outreach Drop-In service. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.

“Thank you for your help, you gave me a voice, without Citizens Advice me and many others would be forgotten.”

“We have found your support absolutely 100%, we can't thank you enough for guiding us through a very difficult time.”

“You were so very kind to me on the phone last week, I was so upset but you helped me, I cannot thank you enough.”

“Thank you for all your help, I'm so relieved and many stressful worries have been resolved.”

“Thank you for your input today which was very impressive and I felt no one could have represented my case better than you.”

“Thank you so much, you were there when I really needed it and I didn't know what I was doing especially with the numbers and debts.”
